Position Summary:

The high impact role you have been looking for… As a registered broker-dealer, Huron Transaction Advisory (HTA) assists companies in executing strategic transactions, including M&A advisory, debt and equity financings, debt restructurings, and related transactions. We are consistently in the market executing middle-market transactions, and have expertise in special situations, healthcare, and life sciences. These industry verticals compliment Huron’s industry-leading consulting practices in the same industries. We are seeking an Analyst to support our healthcare team; specifically, healthcare services and/or Healthcare IT sectors.

As an Analyst you will be an integral part of deal execution; reviewing financial statements, performing analytical and financial modeling, bolstering business development efforts through the creation of pitch books and background research, and creating transaction materials. • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics

• Minimum 1-year professional experience in investment banking, valuation or transaction advisory services

• Transactional experience preferred, including M&A and capital markets advisory

• Proficient in three statement financial modeling and composing marketing materials

• Ability to be client facing with strong interpersonal and client management skills

• Series 63 and 79 licensed preferred
